TL;DR Wilco users can now grant others the ability to review and approve their Pull Requests (PRs).
While Wilco already does a good job preparing you for our inevitable machine-supervised future by testing PRs automatically, some of you still need convincing that hell is other people — so we’re letting you assign other humans to review your work. Ha, good luck with that!
As the requesting user: you are now able to send collaboration requests to users, and then assign them to your PRs.
The reviewer first needs to accept your collaboration request on GitHub. It’s good etiquette to ask them before you’re sending them the request.
As long as the PR is assigned to a human, you won’t be able to continue before they approve your request.
You can always reassign the PR to one of your Anythink coworkers, who are always there for you. Always.
As the reviewer:
You first need to accept a collaboration request. If you’re subscribed to GitHub notifications, you will receive an email both from GitHub and from Wilco about this. Click the button in either to approve the request.
You’ll receive notifications when a PR is waiting for you. Before you approve it, the requesting user will not be able to continue, so try and be considerate.
