Feeling stuck at something? Have you encountered a bug?

Our Staff is on-call waiting for your ticket. Just kidding, we're just refreshing the tickets until we see something, but! Sometimes something feels like a bug on Wilco and sometimes it's part of the quest itself, it's hard to differentiate the two, so how would you?

  1. Are you really sure this is a bug or you're just struggling with Wilco?
    Did you try talking to Ness? Your Anythink friendly team leader is on Slack to help you also, our hints are in place just for that, head over to your Anythink slack (available from wilco.gg) and message Ness 'I feel stuck', Ness will respond with a hint that might help you go over that challenge and take you to the next level.

  2. Hints are a bust, I am still stuck
    That's fine, don't get upset! that's why we have discord and our community in place, We have also curated a list of resources that can help you in your journey, and FAQs that you may come across with on each quest.

  3. ENOUGH! Ok, ok, so you found a bug...
    If something is really off with your quest, our knowledge base and support team are here to help. Head over to wilco.gg and click the bottom right Icon and message us, we'll help you with anything you need that is technical, you can also email us at [email protected] and we'll respond during our office hours.

And remember, It's not a bug, it might be just a feature :)
